Method of operation of Loydd Software

Have you had contact with Loydd Software and have a suggestion or complaint about our methods? We would appreciate it if you let us know. Suggestions related to the Service or software can be sent to support@loyddsoftware.com Complaints can be submitted most quickly using the complaint form below. It is also possible to send in your comments by mail (Attn: Complaint Management Department).

Loydd Software always handles a complaint procedure according to the Code of Conduct of the Dutch Association of Enterprises (NVI).

Please note!
Complaint forms in which you do not provide a valid e-mail address or mailing address, unfortunately the head office cannot handle them. These will be removed. The form below is for complaints and/or suggestions regarding Loydd Software's conduct only.

Response to your complaint

Loydd Software will send you a confirmation of receipt of your complaint within 5 business days of receipt. In this acknowledgement we indicate that you will receive a substantive response within 15 working days. If these 15 business days are not feasible, we will notify you in writing.

Not satisfied with the handling of your complaint?

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your complaint, we are very sorry. Submit your complaint to the Dutch Association of Enterprises (NVI) after receiving the written response. Our advice is to first inform them whether they can handle your complaint.

How we handle your data

If you fill in a form on our website, you know that we store at least some data from you. Our Privacy Policy tells you everything you need to know about what we do with this data.
